Insole App: 3D Printed Insoles from Scan to Export
The Toolkit3D Insole App transforms foot scans into custom, print-ready insoles in minutes. Clinicians and labs can:
Import .stl or .obj foot scans
Align with anatomical markers and generate parametric base shapes
Apply embossing/debossing for metatarsal pads or textures
Add lattice infills modulated by pressure maps

Build for both drop-in midsoles and traditionally assembled footwear
